The Greenbagger is a linear bagging machine designed to bag any kind of organic material. Greenbagger is a 4 wheel base machine with it own engine in order to be fully independent from external power sources.

Independent axles (front whith steering and swiveling and rear in adjustable position, all with with brakes, hydraulically by remote control operated). - Body made in steel with «H» shape 250mm height and 5 mm tickness and 2 tubular 180 x 250 to gave a strong structure. Main pusher supported by 3 rails.
Feeding hopper by left and right machine side, suitable for any type of loader. The hopper has 45° extensions to facilitate the feeding by a wheel loader. Pushplate inclined to optimize the bag's filling, activated by remote control (automatic or manual).
Last generation Lombardini "Sileo" diesel engine, low noise in line with Euro III pollution CE rules. The engine drives hydraulic pumps for all the services. The engine is incapsulated in a insonorization box to reduce noises. With the automatic accelerator control, the fuel consumption is optimized with the lowest energy needed to bag the material.

The Greenbagger is a machine foresee to work in a composting yard where it is necessary to bag organic material or any type or waste. The Greenbagger è machine works in unattended way, without the need of one operator near the machine. All the working functions are activated by remote control, including steering, filling and accelerate the engine.
The operator that drives the Greenbagger machine is the same that drives the wheel loader, and once turned on the Greenbagger engine, idle, the operator unload the organic material inside the hopper and press the remote control's "start" button. At this point the machine automatically accelerate the engine and starts the pushplate operated by a three hydraulic pistons that move the pushplate toward the tunnel and fills the organic material in to the bag. Then the pushplate returns automatically to the start start position and the engine returns to run idle. The machine is ready to accept another unloading(s) from the wheel loader. A pressure gauge provide to show the brake intensity applied. The push plate can be operate manually or automatically by remote control. Then the stroke is adjustable under the necessities. Two unroller positioned on each side of the machine allows to unrolls the pipeline until the full end. At the end of the bagging the bell/tunnel without bottom part doesn't require special tools or manually working to clean the residuals. The Greenbagger machine has been engineered and designed in order to work with the lowest intervention times, energy saving and longlife. An automatic lubrification centralized greasing system provide to maintain lubricated all the working parts.
