RotoTube it’s a machine that puts in a elastic bag called Roto Lastic® round bales of wet grass to be preserved for fermentation (anaerobic silage inside the bag).

Bags are availables for round bales that have the diameters of 120, 140, 160 cm. Bags lenght availables of 45mt. The principle of this machine, respect the traditional wrapping is that this Roto Lastic® is a tube of plastic that with a special polymer formula to maintain the elasticity and is enlarged enough to allow the grass bale to pass through the plastic tube, then the plastic is released from the machine and the elastic tube press and wrap the bale without air inside the plastic tunnel. In this way it’s possible to store humid grass. The advantage respect the traditional bending systems is the fastness, the cost (less plastic) and the quality of the final product that it’s higher than the traditional bending. Actually RotoTube is the fastest machine on the market : until 100 bales per hour. Roto Tube it’s a machine completely independent with his diesel engine, that allows to operate all the functions. It is enough to leave the bale on it's pusher and automatically the machine starts to insert the bale in the plastic bag. The machine works completely in unattended way.

Bags diameters are availables fro the following round bales :

• Ø 120 - 130 cm (73")
• Ø 135 - 148 cm (82")
• Ø 150 - 160 cm (87")
