BIGBag is a static bagging machine to fill any kind of products the "BIGBag " bags.

The machine is capable to fill in a 90 x 90 cm bagt various products with the goal to store them. The machine is composed by a big feeding hopper fillable by a loader. This feeding hopper is a temporary storage to allow the machine to work. By 2 elevators, augers driven, the product to be bagged is lifted until it falls down in a conveyor that direct the material inside the bag. The bag is contained inside a frame that keeps the bag square and allow the product compression. The compression is made by a plate driven by a hydraulic ram. The BIGBag is fixed on a platform that touch the ground. The mouvements of the entire machine is made by hydraulic pumps driven by electrical motor. Only one people is foresee to operate all the machine. The BIGBag machine has been designed in order to be loaded easily over a trailer with the goal to quick transfer it from a working place to another. The electrical power connection is the only operation required to set up the machine in full autonomy. The machine has two working stations to alternate the bags filling with the compression and removing. In addition the machine has pumps automatically activated to inject inoculants inside the product that is on going to be bagged. Optionally it is possible to realize automations and different bag sizes frames. The BIGBag machine can be easily carried over a trailer and transported from one working site to another. It is enough to plucg to the electrical connection and the machine runs.
